Meal plans, seasons and rates

Turn on your meal plans and create seasons with per-room or per-person rates, minimum nights and promotions.

Hotel prices are entered in seasons. A season states, for one room and one meal plan, how much a night costs between certain dates.

You need at least one room. See Create your hotel and its rooms.

Turn on your meal plans

1. Open the Meal Plans tab

On the hotel page, click Meal Plans.

2. Add the plans you offer

Quick plans adds the most common ones in one click: All Inclusive, European (room only), Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board. If you offer something else, use Add custom plan with its code and its name in Spanish and English.

Create the seasons

3. Open the Seasons tab

You'll see one section per room. On the room you want to price, click Add season.

4. Set the dates

Under Periods:

  1. Stay from / Stay until: the nights this rate applies to.
  2. Book from / Book until: when this rate can be booked. The rate only shows in the widget if today's date falls within this period. For a regular rate, set it from today until the end of the stay. For an early-booking promotion, set only the campaign dates.

5. Set the price

Under Configuration:

  1. Meal plan and Currency.
  2. Charge type:
  3. Per room: one price per night for the whole room.
  4. Per pax: a price per adult per night, depending on how many adults occupy the room (1 adult, 2 adults…).
  5. Minor and junior rates: the price per night for each child in those age ranges. Infants stay free.

6. Set the conditions

  1. Minimum nights: set it to 1 if there's no minimum.
  2. Cut-off (days): the minimum number of days in advance a booking must be made. Set it to 0 to accept same-day bookings.

Click Save season.

Cover the whole year with seasons, with no gaps between dates: the widget won't offer a room on nights that have no rate.

Handy shortcuts

  1. Duplicate: copies a season so you can create the next one by changing just the dates and prices.
  2. Create promotion: copies a season as a promotion with a % discount and, optionally, a promo code guests type in the widget.
