Personal data protection under Mexican Federal Law (LFPDPPP)

SkyRez ("SkyRez", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), operating from Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

1. Personal data we collect

Account and registration data

  • Full name and business name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Country and city
  • Password (stored in encrypted format)

Service usage data

  • Widget configuration, routes, tours, room types and services
  • History of reservations processed through the platform
  • Access logs and platform interaction records

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. SkyRez does not store card numbers or banking details. Stripe acts as a data processor under its own terms and privacy policy.

Contact data

  • Name, email address, and message submitted through the contact form

2. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (required for the service)

  • Creating and managing your SkyRez account
  • Providing the booking widget generation and management service
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Providing technical support and customer service
  • Complying with legal and tax obligations

Secondary purposes (you may opt out)

  • Sending communications about new features, updates, and blog content
  • Conducting aggregated statistical analysis to improve the service
  • Contacting you to offer additional plans or services

3. Data transfers

SkyRez may share your personal data with the following third parties for the purposes indicated:

  • Stripe, Inc. — online payment processing
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting infrastructure and transactional email delivery
  • Google LLC — reCAPTCHA service for spam protection

These transfers are necessary for the provision of the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Your rights (ARCO)

As a personal data subject, you have the right to:

  • Access — know what data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Cancellation — request deletion of your data
  • Opposition — object to processing for secondary purposes

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

SkyRez uses first-party and third-party cookies for:

  • Analyzing platform usage
  • Protecting forms against bots (Google reCAPTCHA)

You may disable cookies through your browser settings, although this may affect the functionality of some parts of the site.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and restricted access to information. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
