Add your business partners

Add the agencies that sell your services, with their own voucher and special pricing for transportation, tours and hotels.

A business partner is an agency, wholesaler or company that sells your services. Once you add them you can:

  1. Give them special prices.
  2. Record their bookings on credit, with no card payment.
  3. Send their customers vouchers with the agency's logo and details.
  4. Connect them by API so they can book from their own system.

1. Open Partners

In the menu, under Configuration, click Partners and then New partner.

2. Fill in the details

In the Details tab enter the Company (for example "Viator"), the Contact name, email, phone, address, country and internal notes. Leave Active checked.

3. Customize their voucher (optional)

In the Service Voucher tab you set how vouchers for this partner's bookings look:

  1. Voucher logo: the agency's logo, if you want their customers to see their brand.
  2. Policies by service type: different texts for Transfers, Tours and Hotels (cancellations, meeting point, check-in…).
  3. Voucher contact: a special WhatsApp or email for last-minute changes. If you leave it empty, the phone and email from the Details tab are used.

Click Save.

4. Set their pricing

In the partner list, click Configure pricing. There's one tab per module:

  1. Transfers: transportation prices are handled with rate sets. Create a set on the route and assign it to this partner. See Set up your rates by zone and vehicle.
  2. Hotels: a markup % over your public rate for each hotel. Partner price = public rate × (1 + markup %).
  3. Tours: the commission % the partner earns on each tour.

Click Save.

How does the partner book?

  1. Transportation: create a booking Page in the partner's name (under Widgets → New Page, choosing the partner). Bookings made through it are on credit and use their rate set.
  2. Hotels: record their booking with Credit booking on the hotel page. See Hotel bookings and credit bookings.
  3. By API: generate a key under API Keys for the partner and share the documentation with them. They can then book from their own system, at their prices.

Skyrez charges no fee on partners' credit bookings.
