How do I customize my widget?
In your dashboard, you'll find the "Customize Widget" option where you can change colors, logos, text and more. No programming knowledge required.
How do I embed the widget on my website?
Once you customize your widget, an embed code will be generated that you can easily copy and paste into your website’s HTML. Simply place it wherever you want the widget to appear.
You will also find the option to display only a floating button in a corner of the screen, allowing the widget to open dynamically and discreetly to enhance the user experience.
Can I have multiple services in one widget?
Yes, you can create multiple widgets for different services or combine them in one. It depends on your needs and design preferences.
How do I manage availability and pricing?
From your dashboard you can easily update your availability by calendar, set operating hours, create special seasons and adjust prices dynamically based on demand.
What payment methods does Skyrez accept?
We use Stripe as our payment processing platform, allowing us to accept most major payment methods worldwide. Applicable commissions for direct B2C sales are automatically deducted from each transaction. For monthly plans, payments can be securely made using credit or debit cards through Stripe. We also offer monthly invoicing options for companies with specific needs or customized requirements.
Can I generate sales and operational reports?
Yes. In your dashboard, you will find a reporting section where you can view sales, revenue, reservations, and other key metrics to help you manage both your operations and your business performance more efficiently.
You will also be able to export reports in CSV format for more detailed analysis or to share the information with your team.
Do I get technical support?
